If you have received an item and realized you have made a mistake with the size, color or quantity we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund due to our clothing being made to order.

If you have a problem with your item, you can return it within 15 days from when you receive it. Get in touch by emailing or by using the contact page which can be found HERE. If we deem the item to be in unsatisfactory condition or tampered with in any way then a full refund will not be given.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. EXCHANGES (if applicable)

REFUNDS (if applicable)

We will only offer a refund if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping cost will be refunded once we have received the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We highly recommend that the buyer choose the 'Tracked And Signed For' shipping method. 'Tracked And Signed For' provides tracking information for all orders and insurance for lost or damaged packages.

Even with the reliability and speed of 'Standard Shipping' being close to indistinguishable from 'Tracked And Signed For', unfortunately the 'Standard Shipping' method is not covered by if the item is lost during transit.

If the buyer chooses a method other than 'Tracked And Signed For' it is at the buyers discretion, and the buyer will accept all liability for lost or damaged orders. cannot do anything for lost or damaged orders that were not sent via the 'Tracked And Signed For' shipping method.


Not to worry! 9/10 orders that have gone "missing" usually get sent back to our shipping department where we are told what went wrong (usually an incorrect address/postal service could not find residence) If this is the case, a decision will be made on postage costs between the buyer and seller and the items will be reshipped and corrected to avoid the previous problems.

If you chose the standard shipping method, and your order was lost during transit, we will still try our best to locate it for you. The process may take up to 2 - 3 months whist the investigation into the whereabouts of the parcel is carried out. As soon as the order has been located, the customer will be contacted, and the next steps will be discussed.

There is a waiting period of 15 working days (UK) and 30 working days (Rest of world) before the order is classed as lost.
